Before rebooking a client for a 3rd appointment we will contact the referring agency for approval.
After the 3rd no show, the client’s file is closed. At this point in time the referring agency must start the process again by making a new referral.
No show fees are not charged for
- client illness
- child illness
- family situations
- death in the family
- unforseen emergencies (i.e., car trouble)
A no show fee is not charged if given 24 hours notice.
