Hamilton Literacy Service Planning
The Literacy Services Plan is created annually by the Hamilton Literacy Community Planning (LCP) committee. Each literacy agency mentioned above is a member of the LCP. The LCP mission statement is to meet identified learner need and, through planning and coordinating literacy services, create a coherent, responsive and seamless learning system.
