Hamilton Literacy Service Planning
The Literacy Services Plan is created annually by the Hamilton Literacy Community Planning (LCP) committee. Each Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) program in Hamilton is represented on the committee. The LCP mission statement is to meet identified learner need and, through planning and coordinating literacy services, create a coherent, responsive and seamless learning system.
